Information collected
This site receives information you provide through purchases, membership, community participation, service inquiries, and direct contact. Standard hosting logs may record technical information needed for security, spam prevention, and reliability.
Public website measurement
The public website is prepared to use Google Tag Manager for consent-controlled measurement and Microsoft Clarity for public-page usability research. These services activate only after their real container or project is connected and you grant the relevant optional consent. The site may then measure public page visits, traffic source, device and browser category, approximate region, scroll depth, media engagement, outbound links, downloads, public forms, and verified conversion actions.
Event data is limited to approved non-sensitive fields such as page path, content category, episode or product name, value, and currency. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, private messages, payment details, form contents, owner commands, Studio activity, member records, and secret credentials are not permitted in analytics events.
Behavior recordings
When Microsoft Clarity is connected and analytics consent is granted, it may provide heatmaps and session-replay signals on eligible public pages. Forms and sensitive page elements are masked. Clarity is excluded from the private Studio, owner and member areas, live community interaction, and payment-confirmation pages.
Advertising measurement
Advertising tags for Google, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft, LinkedIn, or Pinterest may be configured through the approved tag manager only when they are relevant, authorized, disclosed, and tested. They remain blocked before advertising consent. Sensitive religious participation, private membership activity, financial details, or private account behavior may not be used for advertising or audience creation.
How information is used
Information is used to provide requested services, process orders when payments are enabled, protect users, respond to inquiries, understand public content performance, and improve the experience. Personal information is not sold.
Payments and external services
When live payments are enabled, Stripe processes membership, store, and contribution payments under its privacy practices. This website does not store complete card information. Payment-confirmation URLs are stripped of checkout identifiers before optional public measurement starts.
Private owner AI Producer
The protected owner Studio sends typed commands and limited Studio context to OpenAI to generate production guidance. Push-to-talk audio is sent securely to OpenAI for transcription and is not stored by this website. AI responses are requested without provider response storage, while OpenAI may process request data under its API privacy and abuse-monitoring practices. The permanent provider credential remains server-side. Public advertising and behavioral tags are excluded from these protected areas.
Service inquiries
Project inquiries are stored for owner review. Email notification activates only after the owner connects the verified email-delivery service. Optional measurement records only that a form was started or successfully submitted; it does not receive the form contents.
Cookies, retention, and your choices
Necessary storage preserves security and your privacy selection. Analytics, functional, advertising, and personalization categories are optional. Use the Privacy choices control in the footer at any time to accept, reject, or change them. Revoking analytics or advertising consent reloads the page so optional scripts stop cleanly.
Measurement providers retain data according to the site owner's configured account settings and their published policies. The Next Frequency retains direct records only as long as needed for the stated purpose, security, legal obligations, and recovery.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information held directly by The Next Frequency Podcast, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
Contact
Use the booking and contact form until the new owner connects a public support address.
